Student Success Statement

"He that walketh with wise men shall be wise but,

a companion of fools should be destroyed."

I think that what this quote means is that is you hang out with smart people then you will be successful, but if you hang out with people that all they like to do is party then you are not going to be successful you will be destroyed. For me i don't think that its all that true because i have friends that are super smart and all they do is get good grades and they like to go to partys and i do not see how the kind of friends they hang out with has to effects them, Okay maybe it might effect the a little bit but that doesn't meant that that person wont be successful in life. For example me, my freshmen year i was not doing so good and i would talk to people that are so smart and that would have a 3.0 GPA and i was still the one that wouldn't do so good and now my sophomore year i am the one with a 3.0 GPA. I think that everyone has a choice and that is either they want to be successful or not i don't really think that the friends that you have should get in your way because real fiends are always going to be there to push you and do good and you should do that same thing. So if you follow this quote that's great and if you choose not to follow it well just remember that not everything you read is true.
