The 10 Indian Commandments

  1. Treat the Earth and all that dwells therein with respect.
  2. Remain close to the Great Spirit.
  3. Show great respect to your fellow beings.
  4. Work together for the benefit of all mankind.
  5. Give assistance and kindness wherever needed.
  6. Do what you know to be right.
  7. Look after the well-being of mind and body.
  8. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
  9. Be truthful and honest at all times.
  10. Take full responsibility of your actions.

These commandments are usually followed by people that are in a tribe that enforces everyone to follow these commandments. I think that these commandments are truly good because if you follow these 10 commandments then you will truly be a better person.

“ My basic principle is that you don't make decisions because they are easy; you don't make them because they are cheap; you don't make them because they are popular; you make them because they’re right.” - Theodore Hesburgh

I think that this quote is saying that just because something looks better or more affordable than the one that you really want you're not gonna get that one because you know that it's not right. For example if they were to make me choose between something that's popular and something that isn't so popular, i honestly won't go with the popular choice because just because it's the popular choice i don't want to be the person that looks like a follower because i'm not i go for what is right not for what others say is best.
