I think that this quote is saying that without you having a good education you wont be that successful in life because you wont be able to go to a good collage and you also wont be able to get the career that you want. For example lets say that your friend not doing good in school all she or he does is procrastinat they might not get to where they want to be in life it might be hand for them to get the career that they would want. Then you on the other hand do really really good in school your able to go to the collage you want with either a full or half scholarship either or it doesnt matter because you know that it wont be as hard for you because you worry about your future and how you want to live. So yeah education is the latchkey yo success in life dont let it go to waist. You can also help people get to where they want to go.
