Healthcare Administrator 

Duties and responsibilities: Health care administrators, also known as medical and health services managers or health care executives, coordinate the activities of medical organizations ranging from doctors offices to hospitals departments to health care corporations. They create goals and the strategies for achieving them, and communicate this information to all employees. Because administrators tend to such business concerns as budgeting, scheduling, information management,marketing and internal communication, the medical staff can concentrate on health care. 

Salary: $37,109 - $105,270

Education: Many higher-level health care administration executives have a master's degree in a field such as public health or business, hospital or nursing administration. A bachelor's degree is often sufficient for entry-level positions, or for employment with smaller facilities when coupled with relevant health care experience.

Reflection: I wouldn't really want to be a healthcare administrator because its not what i want to be in the future.

I think that this quote is trying to say that its better to have a good name for your self rather than to be rich. In my opinion i would like to have both because it is possible to have both you just need to make sure that your are getting the money from and actual job. But then again i think to myself i would rather have a good name than to be rich because lets face it when we die all that money isn't going to be buried with you and if you have a good name for yourself you know that you had to leave but you were okay with that because you know and other people know you has a good person not just some rich stubborn person. Even though everyone would love to have a lot of money so they can have what ever they want but having all that money can also change you either for the better or for the worst, but it all depends on how and what you do with the money because who knows maybe some day you can have both a good name and all the great riches you want.

I honestly think that this quote is true because a good name is always going to be part of your life if you like it or not. Lets say that you had a bad name that when people would hear your name they'll say oh that guy that always likes to play with girls and is very disrespectful. But if you had a good name people would be like oh his the guy that always has good grades and that is very respectful yea i know him. My teacher says that everyone in school has a name but not all of them are good names, so he said always choose the right because if you choose the right you will always have a good name unless you choose the wrong. So choose the right!!

I think that this quote says a lot because, if your friends pressure you to do something that you know is wrong, you should be the bigger person and not do it. I actually had a so-called best friend that one day she just felt like not going to school and sop she said lets not go to school today and well just go to my house and watch movies. I said no because i have never ditched school before and that i wasn't going to start that day. She got mad and said that " i thought you were my best friend." i told her that if she was a true friend she wouldn't want me skipping school, so i just left her and she just left home. I felt bad because of what i told her but how can your best friend tell you to skip school just because she doesn't want to go to school, i had to be the bigger person and i was also the only one standing.

I think that this quote is a good quote because its true. If you put your mind to something and you wont give up until you have made it that makes you a CTR champion.

Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist 

Duties and responsibilities: An Ear,Nose and Throat Specialist is a prestigious job in the medical field. These dedicated professionals are hardworking individuals who have gone through many years of school and specialized training in order to become the high paid, highly skilled individuals they are today. Ear,nose and throat specialists are highly respected professionals who work to help people with a wide variety of illnesses,many of which can be life threatening. They must undergo years of training before competing to be chosen for a residency and internship. This field is highly competitive and the training is intense and expensive, but the rewards are great.

Salary:  $194,000 - $516,00 

Education: To become an ENT doctor, you will begin by pursuing the traditional route to and through medical school. Score well on the MCAT and earn a high undergraduate GPA, especially in the core science course of biology,general chemistry, and physics. You need to complete 4 years of medical school. Also a 3-5 years in an ENT residency program.

I think that this quote is true because how can success just hit you out of nowhere. If you choose to be successful in life the you know that to be it you have to do whatever you can to make it to where you want to be in life. The habits that i have today don't really par with the dreams that i have for tomorrow. I also know that if i make a mistake that can effect me in life i know that i have to do something to try and fix it because if i want to be successful i have to be a good student and also a good person because if your a good student but you have a nasty attitude people aren't going to want you to work for them because if they need you to talk to a client and all you are going to do is be rude or have an attitude you can people to leave and you can just get fired. Not only can this quote help you in looking for a job but also if you have a goal that you want to reach in your personal life like sport wise. If you want to be the best at lets say wrestling you know that you have to train and practice a lot and you can also set a goal and if you do you need to make sure that you can reach it no matter what people say if you want it you need to fight for it.
